Managing Contacts
Adding Contacts
To add a contact on the World Options portal, please go to Manage > Contacts, then click Add New. Add the information for your contact, then click Update.
You can also import a CSV file of all your contacts to transfer them in your portal by clicking Import. Then select your file from your personal drive.
Deleting Contacts
Go to Manage > Contacts, click the tick box beside the contact that you would like to remove, then click on Delete on the buttons above
Amending Saved Contacts
Go to Manage > Contacts, click the tick box beside the contact that you would like to amend, then click Edit on the buttons above
Exporting Contacts
Go to Manage > Contacts. You can export a copy of your Contacts List by exporting it as CSV file and viewing from your desktop once downloaded.
