Manage Products

Background

Adding your products to the World Options portal allows Customers to streamline processes by giving you the ability to quickly create Commercial invoices for Worldwide shipments. This will save time when creating the commercial invoice so you do not have to manually add products descriptions, Country of Origin, HS Commodity codes, declared value etc. for customs declarations.

This functionality was created when preparing for Brexit and it is very easy to set up manually or via a CVS file upload.

Adding Products

Go to Products > Edit Products then click on New Product +.

You can also upload multiple products by uploading a CSV file, just click on More > Upload CSV. You can download a sample CSV file which is compatible for upload in the portal.

Editing Products

Go to Products > Edit Products. Click the tick box beside the product you would like to edit, then click Edit.
