Shipment Queries

To raise a support query on a recent booking , you can go to Track > Tracking history, click on the shipment you would like to query on, then click on the Support button.

When raising a support query, you will be asked to select a Query Type from the below options and further details of the query to the Customer Support team. 

  • Shipment Not Collected
  • Shipment Not Delivered
  • Exception on Shipment
  • Booking won't go through
  • Can't print label
  • Can't print commercial invoice
  • Can't see tracking
  • Service Failure
