Shipment Queries
To raise a support query on a recent booking , you can go to Track > Tracking history, click on the shipment you would like to query on, then click on the Support button.
When raising a support query, you will be asked to select a Query Type from the below options and further details of the query to the Customer Support team.

Exception on Shipment -
Booking won't go through -
Can't print label -
Can't print commercial invoice -
Can't see tracking -
Service Failure
