Booking a collection 

When booking a shipment on the portal, each courier will have a book by time or cut off time. This is the latest time a courier will need to be notified for a same day collection. 

If the cut off time has gone for specific courier there are two options: book a collection for another day or change the chosen courier to a later cut off time. 

Changing a collection

To change the collection date, go to Track > Tracking history, click on the shipment you would like to change the collection date on, then click on the Book Collection button.

Update the Collection Option, then click Book.

  • Parcel Ready From time should be in the future 
  • Close - Latest pickup time should allow a 3 hour window

If you cannot cancelling a booking, please contact the 154.Support team. You will not be charge for the booking unless the shipment is collected.
