Changing a Booking

Once submitted and in Booked In status, you can no longer amend the contact details. If you have entered an incorrect contact details, then you will have to void the shipment and book a new one with the correct details to make sure there won’t be any delays in your shipment.

Cancelling a Booking

You can only cancel your booking if it’s still in Booked In status. If you need to cancel a booking this can easily be done on the Track > Tracking History Screen.

To cancel, click on the shipment you would like to cancel then click Void on the buttons at the top of your tracking history.

Note : where you can not Void a shipment it is likely that the this is because booking has been submitted to the courier and the tracking is showing in-transit (even when a collection has not occurred).  This will mean the shipment will need to be voided by manually by sending a ticket to World Options. 

Rebooking a Booking

If you need to rebook a shipment previous sent this can easily be done on the Track > Tracking History Screen.

By going to track history and enter the tracking number of the item that you want to be rebooked.

Click More and then select Rebook.

By clicking on rebook this will copy all of the information that is on the original shipment over to the new booking.  You simply need to click ship and print off the new label to attach to the parcel.
