Returning while in transit

You can request for shipment to be returned while in transit however courier cannot guarantee approval of return request. This will depend on how soon local depot will receive courier notice. Also, return shipments may incur possible fees.

Returning shipment previously delivered

You would need to create a completely new booking to return delivered shipments.

If you need to return a shipment previous sent this can easily be done on the Track > Tracking History Screen.

By going to track history and enter the tracking number of the item that you want to be return.

Click More and then select Return Service.

By clicking on Return Service this will copy all of the information that is on the original shipment over to the new booking and reverse the booking so it is collected from the previously delivered address.  You simply need to click ship and print off the new label to send/attach to the parcel.
