DDP on the portal

For DDP shipments (Deliver Duty Paid), you (the sender) will pay for the taxes and the duties

You can select this option while booking the shipments. This is on Step 5 – Billing Details. Change Duties/Taxes/Fees option to Duties To Be Paid to Sender. 

For DAP (Delivered at pace) the Duties/Taxes/Fees is Duties To Be Paid to Receiver.

For shipments in transit, you can also request for Duty & Taxes be charged to your account by raising a ticket or contacting Customer 154.Support team. 

There is a flat administration charge that is payable to couriers for DDP shipments, 

This can range from £14 - £20 depending on the courier (high value shipment can be a % of shipments in additional). Customs duties and taxes are sent to Shipper as a separate invoice. Track and track history screen on the portal won't see the taxes payable (only admin charge). 

*DPD no longer supports the option of DDP for their shipments. Shipments need to be booked as DAP for DPD.
