Formerly known as Hermes, Ervi is a “lifestyle pick-up”.

Collections are not guaranteed as the collection will be done by self-employed people who work for Evri in the local area. From World Options experience, parcels are collected the same day or the next business day.

Evri is a B2C service. If customers are using Evri to send to businesses, they would need to put the business name in the contact's name field.
