Resetting Password

Forgotten you password

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to portal website portal url and click on Forgot Password ? link and enter your username and password followed by Continue.  You will receive an email from World Options with your password details.

Changing your password

If you would like to change your password, you can do this by simply logging in to the Customer Portal and click on Manage on the right side followed by Change Password
