Commercial invoices on the portal

When booking a shipment, the portal will ask if you would like us to create your Commercial Invoice or if you would like to use your own. If you choose you need help in creating a commercial invoice, the portal will generate one for you which you can use when you export outside of the UK. 

There are two options for creating a commercial invoice, paper invoice and paperless invoices.  Paperless invoices requires a digital signature to be created first on the World Options app, see link for further details on how to set this up.

This option is now available for DHL Express and Economy Select exports bookings. However, DHL has a limit on their upload site and it is advised to only upload a 1-page PDFinvoice if possible.
