UPS electronic paperless invoices

To determine if a UPS paperless Commercial Invoice has been created you can simply check the UPS waybills

On the UPS waybills you will notice a reference on the label to EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and the parcel symbol with a bow on it (highlighted in green) . This is a confirmation that the commercial invoice data, label info and manifest has been submitted electronically to UPS

If the UPS driver requesting a paper commercial invoice on collection, even though you are submitting electronic paperless invoices, Customers should share the below as the UPS driver should be aware of UPS electronic paperless invoices.
