Invoice vs Wallet Accounts

Invoices are run daily and these are uploaded into the customer's World Options account every Wednesday and Friday. Invoices will be available up to 2 weeks from the delivery date depending on the courier. 

Invoicing Account

The customer will receive an email notification once the invoice is uploaded. They will be provided with a deadline to settle the payment. 

The due date will depend on Payment Terms agreed upon during account set-up. 

  • 7 days from invoice date 
  • 14 days from invoice date
  • 21 days from invoice date
  • 30 days from invoice date

Customer with unpaid invoices past due date will receive reminders from our billing and an "on stop" warning via email. 

Payment can be made by going to the Invoice tab via PayPal or Credit Card. See sample below. 

Wallet Account

Customer will need to add funds to their wallet before creating a booking. 

The deposit can be made by clicking on the arrow beside the notification bell. This will also allow them to their wallet's payment history. 

The deposit can be made via PayPal or Credit Card.

Note:  Invoices are not available after booking a shipment. Invoices are run once we are billed by the courier and is uploaded onto Invoice tab.

Prepaid customer accounts will not be notified via email once invoice is available, unlike invoice accounts.
