Daily Collection

We can only do a daily collection with DHL, DHL PARCEL, UPS & DX.

To set up, customer would need to provide the below information and send a request to 154.Suport@WorldOptions.co.uk.

• Complete address and company name
• Contact name ,email address and phone number of primary contact
• Contact name , email address and phone number of secondary contact
• Estimated pieces per day
• Average dims and weight of example piece to Europe
• Average dims and weight of example piece International
• Two hour window
• Collection times- Monday to Thursday
• Collection time- Friday
• Daily opening hours

For UPS and DHL, at the moment it is a long process as it down to individual depots how and when they process the request to set up. 

For DHL Parcel, DHL Parcel Account is required for daily collection. If customer has an existing account, then this can be arranged by contacting the local depot. Otherwise customer will have to apply for a DHL Parcel account through normal process first. 

Customer is advised to continue to book collections as usual until they have confirmation from World Options that the daily collection will start.
