Reporting of Damaged/Lost Shipments

Please see below normal timelines for reporting Damaged or Lost shipment for our courier. 
TNT & FedEx - Damaged has to be  signed for as damaged and logged on the same day, lost within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date
UPS - Damage form has to be logged with UPS within 14 calendar days of delivery date and  tracer form for lost shipments has to be logged within 60 calendar days of collection
DHL - Lost/damaged within 30 calendar days of collection date via warehouse search form. 
DHL Parcel - Lost/damaged within 7 calendar days from date of collection. 
Palletways - Lost/damaged as soon as possible, same day usually, can push it to 2 calendar days.

DPD - Lost/damage within 7 calendar days from date of collection. 

DSV & ExFreights - We will always take it into account but always raise it as soon as possible. Please note that if the customer has signed the POD as goods being received in good condition the claim will be instantly rejected.
