Receipt for bookings

This can be downloaded from the customer's World Options account by following the steps below. 

1.  Click on Track then select Tracking History. 
2. Click on the shipment then select Shipment Documents. 
3. Choose Receipt from choices provided. 

Details included on booking receipt is as follow: 

• Ship To Address
• Ship From Address
• Shipping Details
• Package Details
• Total Shipping Cost (including vat)
