Direct Debits
This is a payment option wherein a customer's direct debit account is linked to their World Options account for automatic payments.
Payments are automatically deducted from the linked account on the due date of the outstanding invoice. Customer will receive a notification via email 3 working days from their due date before the payment is taken out.
Customer may also dispute a charge by contacting 154.Support.
Listed below are accepted reasons for disputes:
- Parcel was delivered damaged
- Parcel was lost in transit
- Duplicate
- Increase in billed
