Failed Collection Charges

Cancellation fee is triggered when customer request to cancel a collection or if driver drops by to collect however parcel is not ready. 

Here are the couriers that charge a cancellation fee: 

DPD - around £10.00 for a Nothing To Collect charge.

Palletways - £15.00 + VAT (Palletways bill a cancellation charge for any cancelled shipments where they send the info over to the depot.)

Pallex - £15.00 + VAT

DSV - doesn't have a fixed fee. It all depends on the area collecting from, the size of the van etc. (Please contact 154.support@worldoption.co.uk to query amount.)
